BIO

Sam Fender is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Newcastle, England. In March 2017, Fender self-released his debut single, “Play God”. Despite the track being recorded in his garden shed, it was later mixed by Artic Monkeys alumnus Barny Barnicott, lending his gritty vocals a radio-friendly sheen.
Fender later caught the attention of Ben Howard’s manager following a series of gigs at local pubs, which led to supporting slots for the likes of Catfish And The Bottlemen, Hozier and George Ezra.
